Environmental education is woven throughout our program because the Galápagos is more than a classroom, it is one of the world’s most extraordinary living laboratories.

Here, students experience firsthand the beauty, complexity, and fragility of the natural world. They learn about biodiversity, conservation, climate change, and the relationship between human communities and the ecosystems that sustain them. 

Through science classes, environmental conferences, and direct engagement with their surroundings, students develop both knowledge and a sense of responsibility. Our goal is not simply to teach environmental issues, but to help young people understand how their choices, actions, and leadership can contribute to a more sustainable future.
