ALL-AROUND EDUCATION

Music performance is at the heart of everything we do. But we believe that educating great musicians means educating whole human beings curious, thoughtful, and engaged with the world around them. Alongside their musical training, students explore mathematics, ecological science, history, philosophy, psychology, and literature. Together, these disciplines strengthen their analytical, creative, and communication skills while deepening their understanding of both music and society.
Our approach is rooted in a simple belief: music brings together creativity and critical thinking, discipline and imagination. By connecting music with mathematics, science, and the humanities, students learn to see relationships across fields and develop a richer understanding of how knowledge, culture, and the natural world are interconnected.
Living in the Galápagos adds another dimension to that learning. Surrounded by one of the planet’s most extraordinary ecosystems, students encounter questions of conservation, biodiversity, and sustainability not as distant concepts, but as part of everyday life. Through this experience, they develop both a deeper appreciation for the natural world and a stronger sense of responsibility toward its future.
Our goal is not simply to train musicians. It is to nurture creative thinkers, responsible citizens, and future leaders who will contribute meaningfully to their communities and help shape a more sustainable future.
